MB Cloud Consulting is the independent advisory practice of Martin Bunting. I help organizations make better decisions about customer experience, contact-centre technology, Genesys Cloud and AI.
My career has focused on customer experience technology, solution architecture, consulting and contact centre transformation. I have worked across technology vendors, solution providers, and customer organizations, helping teams evaluate options, design solutions, modernize customer engagement, and translate business requirements into practical technology strategies.
I bring deep experience with Genesys and Genesys Cloud CX, together with broader knowledge of CCaaS, CRM, workforce engagement, AI, automation, integrations, analytics and customer experience strategy.
